Greetings From Panama City Beach Florida

Just sharing a few photos from our vacation.

This is the view from Pier Park at Panama City Beach Florida.  The beaches are fantastic
but it's 93 and very humid so not a lot of people out sunbathing.

This is my hubby Dale and our little mini poodle Doolin.

This is the view of the water from St. Andrews State Park.

Panama City is a lovely area to visit.  Lots to do and way too much good food.

Toolbox stepper birthday card

Inside saying printed on a tool

I am running low on masculine cards and I found some cut files from the Silhouette store that will be perfect for the "handy" boys/men I know.  This fun toolbox stepper card was cut out with my Silhouette Cameo using cut file #61509 from the Silhouette store.

Have A Beer Birthday Rocker Card

Here is a birthday card and matching envelope I made for a friend who collects teddy bears.
I'm know he's going to smile when he gets this one.

To create this rocker style card, I used a kit called Have A Beer which is part of the Rocker Cards Mega Bundle at the Paper Creator store.  There's 15 different rocker cards included in the bundle. (Please use code DELORIS to save 20% off your entire order.)  I assembled all the pieces, then cut out a few extra bears and beer mugs for the decoupage layers which gives the image a bit more dimension.

Just dropping you a line

Just a silly card I made to cheer up a friend who is having some problems.  She likes to sew and I thought this cute little mouse from Paper Pretties would make her smile.  Colored the image with Prismacolor pencils.  Cut out the image and background layer with Cottage Cutz Stitched Square Set.  Chevron background layer and scalloped border were cut out with MFT dies, tag with Spellbinders Charmed I'm Sure die and photo corners with Quikutz photo corner die.  Added some lace and prima flowers with punched leaves.

I was the lucky winner at the CD Sunday Challenge of a CD called Floral Designs for Card Making. Had some free time today to work on a card.  I added a saying then printed out the Viola sheet.  Cut out the circle image with a Spellbinders circle die, then hand cut some flowers.  Added 3 layers of flowers to create some dimension.  Doily die is from Sizzix.  Polka dot and solid background papers were created in GIMP using a template from Melstampz.

More Than My Teddy

Hope you can join us for the new challenge starting today at Paper Creator.
The theme is Keep It Simple.

I used this fun kit called "More Than My Teddy Topper And Decoupage which is part of the Simple Cards Mega Bundle".  You can find it HERE at the Paper Creator store.
(To save 20% off your order please enter code DELORIS.)

To make the card,  I printed all the images except the plaid background paper.  I cut out the main toppers, inserts and decoupage layers.  Ran a red Memento marker around the edges of the toppers.  Let the ink dry, then mounted the topper and insert pieces to a white card base.  Added several decoupage layers for the boy.
